The mission of Cultivating Life Clinic is to promote holistic wellness to the African-American community and other vulnerable groups, through efforts that support emotional, physical and spiritual health. With special emphasis on mental health services, the purpose of the clinic is to help create parity in delivery and access to health care for underserved populations and to reduce stigma associated with seeking help.

Cultivating Life Clinic is a faith-informed outreach of Cultivating Life Ministries. Cultivating Life Clinic is committed to providing affordable clinical care and other supportive services that promote wellness and healing. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for local residents, with an emphasis on those residing in St. Joe County. The goal in provision of services include: Creating greater avenues in access to care. Reducing stigma. Serving as an educational resource. To improve health literacy. To create healthier communities. To demonstrate viable career pathways and promote mentorship opportunities for those interested in healthcare and related fields
Housed at The Nexus Center, Cultivating Life Clinic is a non-profit, charitable clinic this was birthed from the ministry from which it draws its name. The purpose of the clinic is help create parity in delivery and access to health care for African-Americans, with an emphasis on mental health services. The clinic proposes to accomplish this through a model, collaborative care approach.

We Offer
Mental Health Screenings
Evaluation & Treatment of Common Mental Health Conditions
- Please note we do NOT prescribe controlled substances
- Do not replace lost/stolen medications already authorized by other physicians and providers
- We do NOT complete evaluations for disability
- We are not a crisis center
Therapy & Counseling Services
We provide compassionate therapy and counseling services—including support for depression, anxiety, and grief—through pastoral care, individual and group sessions.

Services for: Depression, Anxiety and Grief (due to trauma, loss of pregnancy; etc)

- Art Therapy (NOTE: This is a contracted service and may incur additional fees separate from the clinic.)

Our medical services offer faith-based, charitable care focused on the physical well-being of our community, providing accessible support for those in need.
